We have very high standards because our work requires it.  For example, when we engage large landowners in long-term leases they are trusting us to protect their interests by utilizing their most treasured asset, in a way that, at the same time we develop renewable energy assets, carefully preserves the surrounding environment.  When we’re presenting our projects to governmental agencies and applying for permits, we demonstrate our competence by being well prepared and by providing all project information in professional form and format as required.

Our expertise in financial analysis and structured finance is key to our success.  We understand the complexities inherent in dealing with large financial transactions.  We also understand the variables that must be considered in order to determine whether a renewable energy project works or it doesn’t.   Our professional experience and considerable network of contacts in financial services gives us the credibility to gain the confidence of commercial lenders and equity investors to finance our projects. 

LightBeam’s relationship with our engineering, procurement and construction partner gives us the strongest foundation possible from which to build our solar and wind power generation facilities.  Under our management and in coordination with other project development activities we make sure we deliver on our promise to our customer in meeting the terms of our electricity buyer agreements on time within budget.
